Sheet softening ovens of FCF/L Series: electric sheet softening ovens operating with hot air forced circulation for softening of thermoplastic sheets in vertical position. These sheet softening ovens are available for different sheets sizes starting from mm 900x1.900. The temperature of sheet softening oven can be programmed and controlled by means of an electronic instrument. The thermoplastic sheets must be inserted in vertical position in apposite pliers and then they are inserted into the oven in order to be heated till to the softening temperature. Thanks to special construction and functioning features of ATEM sheet softening ovens, each sheet is heated perfectly uniformly. The softened sheets hanged on the pliers are (manually or automatically) extracted one by one from the sheet softening ovens; a movable skid holds the sheet released from the pliers and takes it in horizontal position in order to allow to easily pick it up for successive forming on separate equipments. The sheet softening ovens FCF/L are available with 3, 5 or 6 pliers which are manually moved or automatically moved. Maximum working temperature: 180°C.

Sheet softening ovens of FCF Series: electric sheet softening ovens with hot air forced circulation for softening of thermoplastic sheets. The temperature of sheet softening ovens can be programmed and controlled by means of an electronic instrument. The sheets are positioned onto forming moulds and they are inserted in the sheet softening oven. By softening, sheets lay down onto the mould reproducing the shape of this last. These sheet softening ovens can be optionally endowed with devices to allow the moulds connection with an external vacuum network for vacuum forming. The sheet softening ovens of this series are available with inside chamber dimensions starting from mm 830 (front side)x750xh1.860. Maximum working temperature: 150°C / 180°C / 200°C / 230°C.
The sheet softening ovens of series FCF are also suitable to execute thermic treatments and drying treatments in general.

Sheet softening ovens of FCFO Series: electric sheet softening ovens with hot air forced circulation for softening of thermoplastic sheets in horizontal position. These sheet softening ovens are endowed with extractable tables which hold the sheets to be softened. These sheet softening ovens are available for different sheets sizes starting from mm 1.300x750. Maximum working temperature: 180°C.
