Thermoforming machines and Ancillaries

In order to stabilize the shape of moulded plastic products, ATEM has developed a series of POSTCOOLING EQUIPMENT which allow to cool products by water, by air and by cooled aluminium plates.

Postcooling equipment JET COOLER: postcooling equipment to cool components by immerging them in water tanks and by spraying a water jet into their inside parts. A special system (optional on this postcooling equipment) allows to fastly dry the products after the water cooling treatment. This postcooling equipment is available with more or less than 2 stations, according to the needed production capacity.

Postcooling equipment POSTCOOLING 4: postcooling equipment to cool plastic drums by controlled air pressure and by water cooled aluminium plates (upper and lower plates). A special device of this postcooling equipment also performs the leak-test in order to detect the possible presence of leaks in the drums. This postcooling equipment is available with more or less than 4 stations, according to the needed production capacity.
